Memberships auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime after the first 3 months.

Membership Guidelines

  • Members are billed every 31 days after initial ZIP membership purchase. 
  • Memberships require a 3 month commitment. $50 cancellation fee to cancel membership early.
  • After 3 months, membership can be cancelled at any time with no fee. If membership is cancelled less than 24 hours before a scheduled service, spa cancellation policy would apply. 
  • Cancellation after 3 months must be done by phone or in person
  • Gratuity is not included with Membership Pricing. If you are satisfied with your appointment, we encourage gratuity rate at full service price. 
  • Members receive 1 transferrable service a year. 
  • We do not allow rollover for unused service. Full Membership price will be charged if you miss your appointment for the month. 

FAQs

If I purchase the Crystal Membership, but I want a 90 minute service, can I split the difference & pay the extra?

No, each membership is fixed & only services on your membership plan can be redeemed. 
What if I want to gift my service to my mom and sister? 

We only allow one transfer per year, but you can transfer this service to anyone you want!
Can I purchase 2 memberships for myself?

Our system does not currently accommodate for more than one membership per person. 
What if I am out of town for several months, but want to continue my membership when I come back?
