Billed every 31 days
Members are billed every 31 days following your initial ZIP membership purchase.

3-month commitment
Memberships require a three-month commitment. A $50 fee applies to cancel early; after three months you may cancel at any time with no fee.

How to cancel
Cancellations after three months must be made by phone or in person. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled service, our standard spa cancellation policy applies.

Gratuity not included
Gratuity is not included in membership pricing. If you're satisfied with your appointment, we encourage gratuity based on the full service price.

One transferable service a year
Members receive one transferable service each year to share with someone you love.

No rollover
Unused services do not roll over. The full membership price will be charged if you miss your scheduled appointment for the month.

If I purchase the Crystal Membership, but I want a 90 minute service, can I split the difference & pay the extra?+
No, each membership is fixed & only services on your membership plan can be redeemed.
What if I want to gift my service to my mom and sister?+
We only allow one transfer per year, but you can transfer this service to anyone you want!
Can I purchase 2 memberships for myself?+
Our system does not currently accommodate for more than one membership per person.
What if I am out of town for several months, but want to continue my membership when I come back?+
